Parsons maintains relationships with university Career Center staff, Alumni Directors and Engineering Deans/Professors, solidifying our place among the nation's Top 500 Entry Level Employers. Our Alumni Ambassadors are heavily involved in on-campus recruitment and help build a pipeline for undergraduate candidates.
Several times during the academic year, company representatives attend and participate in on-campus recruiting events, such as career fairs, alumni events and information sessions. We also conduct on-campus interviews or are invited to guest lecture for select capstone classes. We invite you to meet and network with our professionals during various campus activities.
